We started out by rebuilding the northern California community of Santa Rosa after the 2017 Tubbs Fire destroyed parts of the precious wine region. Shortly after, we expanded into southern parts of the state due to the Woolsey Fire, and have started building homes in surrounding areas not affected by natural disasters as well.
The Santa Rosa Collection features home designs in both Contemporary and Modern Farmhouse architecture styles.
We set our sights on helping the Austin community in 2021, after the shortage of available homes on the market and increase in demand led to a housing crisis. We started by acquiring dozens of lots in the most desired areas of the city and beyond. Months later, the Homebound team saw a similar opportunity to help bring more brand-new homes to market in Dallas and Houston.
The Austin Collection features home designs in both Modern Farmhouse and Contemporary Modern architecture styles.
After the Marshall Fire in late 2021, the Homebound team deployed their expertise and resources to the community of Louisville to help those affected get home sooner.
Our Boulder Collection features home designs in Mountain Contemporary, Craftsman and Transitional Farmhouse architecture styles.
